The house is set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, so please no outdoor entertaining or spa use after 10pm.
Drones cannot be flown on the property nor in The Terraces sub-division.   
This is not a party venue. Rules apply relating to the maximum number of people allowed on the property at one time.
Credit card details will be requested in lieu of a security bond.
Checking out on national holiday will incur an additional $200 NZD fee. The upstairs loft in the Cottage has steep stairs and is not suitable for small children.

This brand new luxury holiday house has been built to a bespoke standard. Situated on a gentle hill with a large flat lawn extending out to the most spectacular views over the picturesque Lake Hayes. Quint essential Queenstown landscapes fill the back grounds. Immaculately presented throughout with precise attention to details inspired from Queenstown's rich history. The main house is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The studio attached to the garage is a further 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom - one bedroom is ground level, and the other is a loft bedroom thats more suitable for singles. We highly recommend this property for those seeking peace, quiet, privacy, and a high end luxurious experience.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy.
