The upstairs loft in the Cottage has steep stairs and is not suitable for small children.

This brand new luxury holiday house has been built to a bespoke standard. Situated on a gentle hill with a large flat lawn extending out to the most spectacular views over the picturesque Lake Hayes. Quint essential Queenstown landscapes fill the back grounds. Immaculately presented throughout with precise attention to details inspired from Queenstown's rich history. The main house is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The studio attached to the garage is a further 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom - one bedroom is ground level, and the other is a loft bedroom thats more suitable for singles. We highly recommend this property for those seeking peace, quiet, privacy, and a high end luxurious experience.
