this is the second time we have stayed here, we like the proximity to the City although you need to be fit to tackle the two steep hills back to the property. The property is value for money esp if you are a large family. BBQ good quality and handy to have a communal spa there. Can be a little bit noisy with road and public noise during peak times

A little disappointed on our stay considering the $595 per night fee. The WiFi was not working, apon arrival we were told it would be working the next day but that never happened. There are no views of the lake from any room or any part of the property. I would have expected more than 1 park for a 4 bedroom apartment that can sleep 10 people. There is no roadside parking. No outdoor furniture. Be weary of the very very steep hills to walk to and from the city. Not ideal for very young or elderly.

we stayed Early Jan and because of the location we were subjected to occasional night time surrounding party noise as it was close to new year celebrations. Also due to the fact we stayed at the peak time the apartment was not cleaned to a high standard; there was glass bottle tops etc in the carpet and under beds. There were other cleaning issues that needed to be attended to and they were done so by the very friendly apartment manager and cleaner in a very timely fashion. I think it was a combo of a party group staying before us and the cleaning team under alot of pressure due to peak season. All the rooms are large, beds very comfy.The walk from the central township compromises of two steep hills.. so either take a car or be prepared for a bit of a hike.. we would consider staying there again

Really warm spacious home that suited our party of 7. Only downside was the 2 large hills that you had to walk up/down to get to town, and the BBQ ran out of gas. Juliette was great and extended our checkout time.

Pretty awesome place, it was much bigger than expected, brand new and has everything you could want from a place. The only downside to it is the walk from/to town, it's up two massive hills that are steep, so you might want to look at the 3D map of queenstown to see if you can handle it.

We loved our time in Queenstown. The accommodation is in a perfect location where you can walk into town or take a very cheap taxi back. The accommodation had everything described and we only had one minor problem during the week that Juliet helped us resolve straight away.

What a fantastic holiday and the accommodation was perfect for 2 families. Unfortunately the spa area seemed to be locked some nights, so we weren't able to use it. Thank you to Juliette, who was there to answer all our queries in a friendly and helpful way. The only suggestions I would have is to provide a portable clothes drying rack, a dish rack and maybe a few more large pots/dishes/casserole or a slow cooker for large groups. Would definately stay there again!

We thought the accomodation was great,with 6 adults and 5 children was the perfect living and sleeping area. Location was good, with no car we walked everywhere, the hill a bit steep on the way back, but no complaints, even from the grandchildren even the 4yr old. Would stay there again.

Fantastic place. Perfect for our family in location and facilities. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, well supplied kitchen. Only a short walk to town - albeit this involves a huge hill! but doesn't everywhere in Queenstown :-) My only complaint would be that there was eight of us staying but only five towels supplied. I am sure there would have been no problem with getting more if I had phoned the owner, but I just bought a few and brought them home. We would definately stay here again and would recommend it with no hesitation. The booking process was also a breeze through the website with live help chat and email reminders. All up, a great holiday :-)

A really nice well equipped apartment with all the little extras needed to make our stay a breeze for cooking and general living, clean and well finished with plenty of space for our group of 7 adults with snow gear. The bunk room is a little poky and the hot tub is shared between 28 units so you may find it full. The place has no real views from indoors but is an easy downhill walk into town, great fire place and plenty of room heating. The agent was also very friendly and punctual, this place may be a little overpriced but we loved it and would come back again. A grate week!
