This apartment is located in the heart of Queenstown and is close to all the restaurants, cafes, and shops. Lovely views from each roo of Queenstown and the lake, this apartment is situated over 3 levels and has under floor heating which is perfect for those winter nights. Very professional managed

FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
