This place was incredible! We arrived late into the night and Juliet had arranged everything for our expedient entry into the apartment which was beautiful and toasty warm. The following morning we were greeted by the most stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the living room that elicited many gasps and oohhhs from all parties. The short stroll down the hill leading directly into the city center made getting around an absolute cinch. Though the walk back up the hill was a little more daunting, but a $6.70 cab ride up from town saved our legs most times. The decor, cleanliness and home-comforts such as the heated tiles, electric blankets, gorgeous gas fire, unlimited wifi, Netflix and en suites bathrooms for all made the apartment feel like a home away from home. It was a pleasure to meet the wonderful Juliet, the property manger, who made the arrangements of our stay so easy and offered some great suggestions for some activities that we partook in over our too short stay. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend these accommodations to anyone travelling in a group. We are already looking to come back again in the Summer and will definitely be hoping to stay here again!

My family stayed at this property for my father's 70th birthday. We absolutely loved it! It was beautifully styled, super clean and a perfect size for our group of 11. We woke up to a beautiful view each morning for breakfast. It's also located only a short stroll from town and it was easy for us to find parking for 3 cars each day. What you see is what you get!! It was fantastic accomodation for two seperate families with plenty of room to spread out. It is very central and an easy walk to the centre of Queenstown, getting home is a very steep walk uphill.. not recomended for prams or the elderly. Amazing views and super clean, once heaters are on and the place has warmed up it is very cosy and relaxing. Definetly recommend!!!

Amazing location with great views. The cleaners let this property down a bit, we found quite a bit of previous renters belongings in and around the beds which was concerning and outside needs a bit of a clean up. Overall the house is amazing for a group with loads of privacy. The hill to town might be a bit of a challenge as it is extremely steep. We stayed 9 nights and really got the chance to feel at home. Thanks to the owners for sharing your home with us.

Loved watching the sunrise with this view. We had 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space. Great layout so adults could chat once the kids had gone to bed without disturbing them. Walking into town was easy, the hill is not that bad, and the large kitchen was great for some home cooking! We will definitely stay here again.

Our group had 10 adults and one baby. We had a great stay in this townhouse for 10 nights. The location was excellent as were all of the house facilities. The only down side would be that the queen on the bottom floor has no bedroom door and is a thoroughfare to outside. For families this is unlikely to be a big deal but couples may want to be aware.

Fantastic place to stay - 11 x ladies on annual long weekend - close to town & amenities. Great to have 5 x bathrooms and the Spa was a welcome bonus with Qtown's first snow for the year. Good off-street parking. Juliet -property manager was amazing and saw to couple of issues immediately. Only complaint was there was no hand beater to whip our cream for our dinner party. Highly recommend. AAA+++

The place was located very close to the city centre which meant a quick walk in. Unfortunately since it's also located on top of a hill, walking back was much harder. Aside from that, great place to stay. The facilities were great, only have some advice for those cooking in the kitchen, don't forget to turn on the fan as the smoke from cooking can set off the fire alarm (as we learnt at 7am).

We rented this property and another property at the same location to accommodate most of the players (and a few parents) of a Junior Ice Hockey Team. The boys and the parents were absolutely "wrapped" in the accommodation. There was plenty of space - we had 10 people in each of the properties and it did not feel crowded. The room/ensuite configuration was perfect for groups or a couple of families. The Hot Tub was well used and eased the sore muscles. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/plates etc. Excellent views and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. The property is close to town so we walked most of the time. Please note that the walk home does involve a short but steep hill - but we all managed. The only slight improvement I could suggest to the property manager is that some of the beds may need an update in the near future - but on the whole were good.

Undoubtedly one of the best vacation apartment/villa that is around! We were a group of 11 people and we absolutely loved this place from the moment we walked in. COMMUNICATION & PAYMENT We booked this place online and we had no problems at all, the communication was clear, we made the full payment before arrival and we were given clear instructions about how to access the property. VILLA It is a 3 floor villa, and it is exactly as per the pictures and details mentioned on their website. There is nothing which you would feel a lack of. The villa is fully stocked with all essentials. Despite being a large group the place did not feel crowded at all. LOCATION The villa is perched on a steep hill which overlooks the town and the lake. Everything is at walking distance from the villa, a supermarket, pubs, shopping areas, Fergburger...everything! **Walking up the hill may be an issue for older people/very young children. Its pretty steep! WIFI Works great and at good speed despite many users. CONS We didn't really have any problems with this place at all. Except some heating issues. 1) The water heater needs to be sorted out. When there are 11 people, the first few get a hot water shower and the last few end up with lukewarm or cold water. 2) The bathroom floor was not heating for 2 of the 3 rooms on the middle level. 3) There was no electric blanket for 1 of the 3 rooms on the middle level. 4) Lack of extra linen. However, these are minor issues which can be sorted out and discounted because this is a lovely property!! We would love to go back!!

Was perfect for our 2 families. Walk to town. Amazing Views from living areas. Big spa. Great sun in Winter and a warm fire place. Didn't even rent a car as we were so close to everything. We stayed at the property in May 2014 for our son's wedding in Queenstown. The views over the lake are amazing. The property was large enough for 8 adults from two families to have space without falling over each other. The separate bathrooms for each bedroom are great. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for a large group, we hosted three get togethers for the wedding guests over three days and had enough room for all. The heating warms the property as long as you leave the panel heaters on 24/7 and keep the doors closed. (It was from minus 2 to 0 degrees overnight and highs of 7-10 during the days)The spa pool is a great way to warm everyone up after an evening in town. The location is magic a short walk down the hill to the shopping/restaurants etc. We did run out of hot water on the morning of the wedding - 8 showers was too many for the supply but we were warned in the house compendium that we may run out so we managed the next day staggering the bathroom times! A great property and we would definitely stay again. Thanks!
