Cute little studio apartment with own outdoor courtyard and separate entrance and you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the time of your stay. The apartment is located in the suburb of Waipahihi, and is only a short stroll to the Waipahihi Botanical gardens, a 10 minute walk to the lake edge and a similar distance to the popular Debretts Hot Pools. It is only a 5 minute drive to town. There is also a playground only 100 mtrs from our driveway.

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Easy Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 7 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 7 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
