Special Notes / Conditions

No children under 5 due to the stairs only access which cannot be gated off. Sorry- unsuitable for those with limited mobility or small children due to steep, stairs only, access to apartment. Hosts live on site in semi- detached house downstairs. Sorry no loud parties or outside guests. Old dog on site, very friendly but very deaf, be careful when reversing in the parking area!. Maximum 3 cars parking space. Plan to eat out, as kitchenette only - no indoor cooking. BBQ & takeaways are welcome. Children must be supervised at the Pool area at all times due to the health and safety risk. Leave all gates as you find them, if shut., due to sheep on property thanks. Your hosts have been in tourism and hospitality most of their working lives and live on site, but the apartment is upstairs with private facilities and a separate entrance, so no need to mix it with the owners if you want to be private. Pool only heated through solar power in Summer.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 30 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
