Very warm and friendly hospitality, unobtrusive but always accessible. The many little extras were a pleasant surprise and the hosts Giorgio and Marguerite have actually thought of everything. They have created a truly authentic experience and nothing has been compromised. The fabulous views whilst being in such close proximity to the township were an added bonus.

The views from this property are breathtaking but they only begin to indicate the delights here. Your hosts, are still very Italian despite their long residence in NZ and they reflect in their sense of style, their understanding of quality and attention to detail much that is typical of their home country. A beautiful property which would be perfectly in place in Tuscany or Umbria, it oozes romance and quality, Giorgio and Margarita are discreet hosts who are also able to give excellent advice about local attractions, quiet beaches (deserted in our case!) and the best places to eat - just tell them Giorgio sent you! Breakfast was an absolute delight, served in front of the breathtaking view and consisted of much that was made on the property. There is a hot tub which provides more views and is excellent for stargazing preferably with a glass of prosseco - George is passionate about Italian wine and there is much to sample in your stocked fridge. A lovely place to stay with lovely people - we will long remember our drinks with them before we left for our evening meal - we told them Giorgio had sent us!
