Minimum age requirement 25 years over (family groups are exempt from this requirement). Please note that a bond of $700 is required 48 hours before check in to cover any incidental charges, you will need to supply your credit card details to pay this. The bond will be refunded once a full property exit check has been done and upon confirmation that there is no excessive cleaning required, excessive rubbish to be removed to any damage to the property.
