Quoted rates and paid bookings inclusive up to 6 guests. Surcharge of $NZ40 per guest per night based on booked stay duration applies to additional guests (max 13). Infants under 2 not requiring a bed free of charge. No tents, campers, non notified guests or functions exceeding 20 people without prior owner permission. 3pm arrival and 10am departure.
