Firstly Duncan was great. He met us at check in & showed us around the house and how to use everything. The space is extremely big & was amazing. It’s been great overall worth the price and was far beyond more than the pictures showed. we really enjoyed it and wished we had booked for an extra day. overall I will definitely be booking again. The location of the house is fabulous providing easy walking to shopping, restaurants, Auckland Domain, rose gardens, and the art Museum. The house is very well equipped. Our only complaint was that a cat had lived there and we had some allergy problems, plus the house wasn't as clean as we expect. However, I find that a lot when traveling and it certainly wasn't bad. Overall, good place to rent, especially if you don't have cat allergies.

This place has all ammenities which make a holiday comfortable. Very modern interior with everything you need. The owner is very friendly and made us feel home right after arriving. Bathroom and sleeping rooms (beds) are very comfortable and the living area and kitchen are made to use, everthing is there. Parnell offers a lot of nice restaurants and bars and it is very comfortable to reach the city. The park nearby with tennis and running court has everything you need. If you want to enjoy the centre of Auckland, this is the right place. We would love to come back to enjoy the house with the beautiful view on Sky Tower and down town Auckland.

Thank you Duncan for letting your terrific house. We loved it so much that we came back for a second stay during our month in NZ. We stayed with our 3 kids and needed nothing. Everything, literally, everything, is provided, which made living there so easy. Perfect location in the centre of Parnell and a short walk through the Domaine to the museum. Amazing view over the city, especially at night which meant that entertaining for a larger group here was such a pleasure. Duncan was always on hand if we had any questions about the house and the technology. Kids will love the cinema room. If you are a light sleeper and like keeping the windows open at night, the train noise can be disruptive at first in the early hours. I would highly recommend this great house and would definately come back here again when we next visit. Thanks Duncan.
