This modern and charming Parisian apartment has a spacious and bright living room. Equipped with two large convertible couches that can host 2 guests overnight and a dinning space. The living room is the heart of this property. You will also find a recently refurbished and fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The bedroom is bright luminous and has a stylish open bathroom adding personality to this room. The toilets are separated for your convenience. We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. You will find toiletries in the bathroom and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen. Area description: This apartment is located in the center of “Saint-Germain-des-Prés”, the historic, cultural and literary heart of Paris. Saint-Germain-des-Prés is a “small village”, historically nestled around the eponym abbey. Definitely the perfect area to have dinner or enjoy a drink at a terrace and understand why Parisians love terraces so much despite of the weather. There’s nothing better than contemplating the surrounding beauty at a sidewalk café like “Les Deux Magots” or the “Café de Flore”! The number of great bars, cafés and restaurants is substantial, so you’ll need more than one trip to try them all! This lively neighborhood is also a perfect place for shopping with a lot of luxury brands but also smaller French boutiques and the first department store ever, the world-famous: Le Bon Marché. If you choose to walk towards Notre-Dame Cathedral (about 20minutes by walk), you’ll discover the lovely areas of “Odéon”, a pleasant and more cosmopolitan neighborhood, and Saint-Michel, frequented by tourists and local students.
