We booked this apartment after being unable to stay at our first choice hotel for the duration of our stay. Needless to say we wished the hotel didn't have any availability and we could have stayed all four nights. Warm welcome from the guys in the hotel where you collect the keys, a little tricky to find which floor we were on(probably due to us being so exhausted on arrival) but absolutely fantastic package from start to finish. Warm welcome from the host, who arrived on the dot, armed with de rigueur crash helmet, beautiful muse and bottle of red. The apartment itself is perfectly appointed, and impeccably styled with typical French élan- simple and oh so chic. With a fromagerie directly underneath (slight eau du fromage in the lounge/kitchen but even for a non cheese lover this was never a problem) Eddie the boulangerer two doors down, and the alimenterie directly opposite, the choice of location was perfect. Dining out was also well covered; the excellent Cafe St. Regis being located less than fifty yards away. -All in all the perfect Parisien bolthole.

This apartment is in the best location in Paris! It's everything you need from comfort to convenience. The apartment itself is modern with everything you would have at home from dishes and utensils to very comfortable bedding and enough room which is hard to find in a Paris rental! It overlooks the street which is the best! There are markets, bakeries and cafés all around, along with shops and boutiques. All within a few hundred feet! The owners are highly responsive, kind and really care that you have the most amazing trip in their place ever. You feel like part of a Parisian family staying here. If you want to really experience being a Parisian and the culture and life of this beautiful place away from the constant tourism in the middle of the city, look no further! The area of this apt is safe, quiet, beautiful and within walking distance of everything you need including metro and RER train stations. The price is worth everything and this is the only place I would ever want to rent in Paris!!! I highly recommend it and it won't disappoint!!!
