This is the second summer we've stayed at this villa. It was truly a magical unforgettable experience for me and my husband, our parents, and our little 4 year old son. This is one of those places where you definitely wish the vacation never ended! The location was idyllic (super easy to get to neighbouring Beaulieu, St. Jean/Cap Ferrat, and Villefrance either by car or bus...or cycling/running) and the weather was perfect. The owner's attention to detail is second to none, and we couldn't have been better taken care of! This was a very special experience, one that will be etched in our hearts forever. We love the South of France, and we love this magical villa!

A magical, musical, memorable experience makes it difficult to find adequate words to relate our feelings about this sunny, enchanting wonderland. It's the picturesque aura surrounding our stay that remains in our vision, and the kind generosity of the villa's owner that brings songs to our days. We think the key element is the presence of the owner whose loving goodess radiates throughout his exceptional home, right into the hearts of those who dwell within. Each day we looked forward to seeing his smiling, animated face, and on those rare occasions when he didn't come by, it felt like a 'loss.' The Villa is immaculate, the closeby villages charming and the total ambiance one of a dreamy nature, We joined our daughter and her family halfway through their stay, having one of the loveliest times of our life..........as we did last year at the same time. Walking onto the veranda early in the morning is a breathtaking experience, one which we repeated time and again with greater awe each time. It was a complete, joyful time. We are grateful for having been a part of this splendid area of the world, if only for a brief interlude. Our sincere thank you.

Visiting Eze for a family wedding and stayed here for 8 days. I didn't want to leave! The villa has 4 large comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and each with their own clean bathrooms. We sat outside on the patios with breathtaking views of the water, Eze Village on top and Cap Ferrat. The kitchen was clean with everything I needed to prepare foods and clean up easily. The manager was attentive with restaurant reservations (5 total) all within a 7-10 minute walk along flowered stairs and walkways; Help with navigating the train to Nice, Monaco and Beaulieu (10 min. walk to station) very personable and friendly. There is a great book in the villa thats lists everything you want may want to do which was helpful. The infinity pool is lovely- day and night with stunning water (and yacht) views. I loved sitting outside at dusk seeing all the gold lights come on. So ROMANTIC! The road is quiet and the whole place feels exclusive. We rented a car and there was plenty of street parking. I looked at other villas in the area but didn't want to have to drive the windy roads to go everywhere I had planned to go to Lyon for 2 days and cancelled that trip. I was so relaxed and fell in love with the villa and quaint Eze setting..why go anywhere else? This is really a hidden gem! MERCI.. I will definitely come back.

This is luxury living in a gorgeous location. Each bedroom is spacious, where the beds are comfortable, with top of the line linens and comforters. In addition, each room is equipped with a personal bathroom with all the amenities you need. Not that you even want to spend that much time in your room because the patio, garden and pool area are so lovely for a morning brunch, pool day or sunset dinner. My favorite thing to do was rest at the pool on these padded lounge chairs under a big umbrella and I would stay for hours. If you have young children the pool is perfect for them to play around in it or take a 5- 10 minute walk to the seaside. The living room is also nice to put on a movie for the kids in the evening. Gerard is a superb host- he speaks English and French fluently and will make it easy for you to check in and out. Overall, this place is a must see must stay for a 5 star experience.

My family and I came to Eze-Sur-Mer for a wedding with our extended family and their children. We stayed at this villa for 14 days and it was absolutely perfect! There is an infinity pool that is so clean and clear with blue lighting at night. The bride hosted her extended family (100 people!) for a BBQ/ swim party at the villa and we had a blast. There was plenty of space for everyone to eat, relax and socialize. The resident manager helped us with finding services (waitress, food prep) so we enjoyed the party, too. Best memory is seeing more than 20 people in the pool having a great time. Our rooms were large and comfortable with air conditioning and their own bathrooms which were very clean. The road is quiet and it is walking distance to Anjuna beach restaurant, the beach and train (5 -7 min). We rented a car and were in Monaco in 15 min. I want to thank the staff at the villa for a perfect holiday in Eze- my extended family was very envious of our accommodation. We will definitely stay there again.

Wow, the pictures don't do this place justice. What a great time. The rental process was flawless. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay multiple days. Clean, secure, comfortable. We had an incredible vacation in this villa. The key holder was so nice and helpful for everything we needed! We were on the Mediterranean ocean, looking at Eze village..... just in front of us. Just magic!
