The Chateau is rented from Saturday to Saturday and is fully cleaned prepared for your arrival.  The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 9am, although local staff may be flexible for those with long journeys.  The Chateau is exclusively rented to your group/family so the chrarges per week relate to the whole property regardless of how many people you bring (up to a maximum of 11)

FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
