Check-in between 8pm and 10pm and check-out between 6am and 8am is possible upon prior request with an extra charge of EUR 30.

Check-in and out between 10pm and 6am is possible upon prior request with an extra charge of EUR 50.

Please note that a damage deposit will be settled upon arrival by credit card imprint. This may be used for any damage incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It will be refunded within 10 days after departure if no damage occurred. (To see with the booking department).

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
