We spent 10 very enjoyable days at the Fijian Oasis the house is in a lovely elevated position over looking the sea however there is some road noise but you soon get used to it. The furniture and fittings inside and outside are all top quality and the house is fully equipped with everything that you would need. Eseta the housekeeper does an amazing job and is there for anything you may need.Outside the gardens speak for themselves on what a great job Pisa does The only downside to this property is the driveway it's a nightmare!! , it is so steep by the time we got to the top our front wheels were spinning. But if you are willing to park at the bottom and walk up the steps no problem ( but there are a lot of them )

Our stay in Fiji was amazing thanks to the house we stayed in and the people that helped us around the house. We became very good friends with Eseta and Pisa straight away. Very friendly and a warm welcoming. We learnt so much through them with the language and their culture. The traditional Lovo night was one of the best nights we had there. It was perfect. Words cant describe how happy all 4 of us were with this accomodation.

The property is amazing and the deco is absolutely stunning. The hosts are so organised with the info provided. It's very well located, some steps away of a gas station and supermarket. It has a pool and beach access down at the sea front. You can also have complimentary access to all nearby resorts such as Hideaway, Outrigger, Warwick, etc. Eseta is an absolute jewel - always available to prepare dinner and mostly to prepare the Fijian lovo. We absolutely recommend this place.

What a wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived we felt completely relaxed and at home - so much so, it was hard to drag ourselves away to explore. The wide smiles of Lolo, the magic housekeeper / hostess, Pisa, the gardener and other temporary workers ensured us we had made the right choice. Set in a well-maintained tropical garden this home is spacious, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well supplied with quality cooking utensils while there are plenty of games for wet days. Set high enough above the road to catch the cool breezes, from the front deck we whiled away many hours admiring the 180 degree ocean views . The location at Maui Bay is very central for exploring the Coral Coast or enjoying other activities. It was interesting to do this sometimes by using the local bus. Lolo was an excellent hostess and an excellent source of information on all things local.

We stayed at the Fijian Star for five nights in August. We could not fault the service, friendliness and hospitality of our hosts. Lolo was amazing, and went above & beyond to be helpful (even mending clothes for us) yet allowed us to have privacy as well. The location was beautiful and the house is five star for a great price. I would recommend the Fijian Star to both families or groups. We will definitely return.
