If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

  • Other comments: There are many restaurants, takeaways & stores nearby but when you come home & close your front gate you can shut out the world.Villa Raro is ideal for couples who are in search of a quiet getaway
  • Best taxi company: Celestine and Petero of PECEL taxis run 24/7 they are more than happy to pick you up and drop you anywhere, any time and offer a friendly service. Celestine is located only 2 mins drive away.
  • Closest money machine: Westpac ATM @ Oasis Energy Centre & ANZ ATM located at Rite price.
  • Closest liquor store: CI Liquor merchants - 10 minutes walk from Villa Rarotonga and guaranteed a good range of beer, wine and spirits.
  • Closest grocery store: Blackrock store - just 2 mins walk from Villa Raro. Closest place to top up fuel, pick up the morning paper, island donuts and any basic needs you require
  • Best free activities: sunset dinner at the beach, feed the fish at The Rarotongan, cycle around the island, star gazing and having some quality time out with your partner or family!
  • Best paid activities: Highland Paradise, Raro Safari Tours, Capt Tamas lagoon cruise and Pa's Cross Island walk
  • Best night restaurants: Within walking distance you have Tuoro Restaurant, Kikau Hut, Albertos, Spaghetti house,Tumunu, Windjammer and just a little bit further is Manuia Beach.
