The house is located on the best beach on the island surrounded by a beautiful garden! The snorkling was fantastic! Easy walking to the supermarket and bus stop right outside the house - no need to hire a car. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa was just a few steps to the lagoon where we snorkelled. The fish are so beautiful! The house was spacious, private and comfortable with everything we required. We shopped at Wigmore's and ate at Vaimas. Couldn't ask for better. Loved the chickens, lizards and the friendly visiting dogs. Rarotonga....we will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our family group ranged from 18 thru 86. The house was very suitable for this group and well appointed. Wigmores was handy and reliable. The bus service is right outside the house and the snorkelling is fantastic. Really good value and home. A great holiday

I would have to say that the fact that the property says no animals and comes with a dog - was a surprise. Lovely dog - but not what was expected. The quality of towels and bed linens is very low. Stained, marked & very clearly well used. Artwork & some of the Furniture was lovely others need updating. The freshness and newness you see on the site is not what you get - Holes in the screening at top of lounge windows didn't help. The fact that the stainless steel bbq was out of order in the carport and there was a very small, very dirty, very small cheap bbq in it's place was unacceptable. The fridge was not clean, tiles missing from the floor in front of that and in the pantry and leftover, out of date packets of tea/spices/flour - all unsealed was a put off. Two bedrooms downstairs, one has its entry through the laundry, 2 doubles & single upstairs. Single is very very small and you have to climb over one single to get to other single bed! One double is also on the landing and is open to the downstairs area. I would think this is why they are not shown on the site. The photos online would have been taken a few years ago, the squabs etc need updating as do the very dirty, thin covers for the outdoor loungers. Just a bit disappointing when you think you are going to get something very special. It would be a very big squash if 10 people stayed there. The tables do not seat ten, the lounge seats 5 - perfect for 4 of us - but the quality was just not there. Information is well worn, outdated and shabby.
