The villa was beautiful and in perfect condition when we arrived. Anton the owner stayed with us for over an hour talking about the house and activities on the island. If there is anything you need you can let him and Liana know and they will sort it out for you asap. We found the location quite good, it's pretty much between Muri Beach and the "city" though closer to the city. I definitely recommend this villa, the unobstructed views of the ocean are incredible and the sound of the waves in the evenings is so relaxing!

We had viewed the photos of the Villa - but it really did exceed our expectations. There was plenty of space for us all (5 of us) to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked - although we only ate in for breakfast! The cook was on holiday so we ate out for lunch and tea daily. We were there to attend a family wedding so there were plenty of other family members nearby - so glad that we hired a car, although Rarotonga is not a large island, having wheels certainly made it easier to get around. The water is not potable - but the free water station is close by. We already knew that we would need to do this so it didn't come as a surprise. The Villa was absolutely spotless and the housekeeper popped in every 3 days to change the beds and give the place a general tidy up. Now I really was on holiday! Loved going to sleep lulled by the sound of the waves - bliss. We took advantage of the free wi/fi - probably should have left our devices at home. I could not find any fault with this Villa and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a water front villa and a spacious place to call home. Thank you so much - our holiday was just "the best".
