We always visit this part of the Caribbean for Christmas and we always stay at a villa, so we are used to being greeted at the airport, nonetheless, it was very welcoming to be greeted by someone you had communicated with extensively via email for the booking of the villa, and so much more. Our bags were delayed and Guillaume, our sales rep from Happy Villa, suggested that we got settled at the villa and he would go back to the airport and collect our bags. We arrived at the villa and were totally bowled over from the entrance. The very small driveway was beautifully landscaped and the electronic gate opened to a stone paved pathway to the house. The door opened to what is obviously a professionally designed holiday home where the living, dining room, bar opened into the pool area with deck. The overall design was clean, sleek and feng shui. The pool was small and shallow, but it was ideal for us as I don't swim and my partner much prefers to play around in the water as opposed to being an avid swimmer. The kitchen is well equipped and nicely laid out. The bedroom is large with lots of storage, the bathroom is compact but not without storage as well. My partner would have preferred if the pool was not north facing, as this means that we got very little sun in the pool. We both found the bed to be too hard and had difficulties sleeping well the first few nights. There was maid service everyday except Sundays and holidays. The maid was very personable, did a great job cleaning. The villa was overall great, conveniently located 10 min from town but in quite neighborhood. I especially loved the fact that it was in close proximity to the bakery where we could get fresh baguettes and croissants. Overall, we were very impressed with the service , the welcome champagne and the gift basket on New Years, all of which added a very nice touch to our holiday.

Where to begin?! The lovely folks from Happy Villa made every moment Perfect! The booking process was simple, every dealing with the staff was pleasant and efficient. We were greeted at the airport and shown to the villa, which makes for a wonderfully easy arrival. So nice to have personalized service! Guillaume is as nice a person as we've met. Always helpful! This villa is so beautifully done- one hardly wants to leave. It's so conveniently located to everything it's simple to make quick trips to the market, or beaches or restaurants. The pool is the perfect size. The patio is beautifully decorated. The entire living room opens to the outside, making your space feel limitless. Sweet ocean view. Surrounded by lovely greenery- feels exceptionally private. Off the main road so very quiet. St Barths is unlike any Caribbean island we visited- so friendly, safe, easy to explore- its small! And tres chic from start to finish We will return- and always with Happy Villa! Each property looks equally beautiful!! The service is second to none!
