This house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is great. Far enough away from the busy hotels but close enough to the beach to walk. We had a great time! The house is gorgeous and we would definitely stay there again!

The owner was very supportive while providing all the information about the house and the booking. The location and the distribution of the house were very good and as expected. The promised welcome package including some basics - food, drinks & coffee were waiting in the house as indicated and was great. Also the owner has trusted us and did not request the security deposit. Unfortunately you can not see exactly how well or not so well maintained are the furnitures & amenities in the house. A lot of things looked very used, and not or very bad maintained - almost everything outside the house - sun chairs and its pillows, umbrellas broken and not useful. The kitchen seemed pretty used and was equipped but it could be easily improved with less costs. Few things needed were missing. Anko (I hope the name is written correct, otherwise my apologies), the person who took care about the pool and everything needed was very helpful and did everything possible to solve the issues we have addressed to him. Unfortunately he could not do nothing about the fact that there was basically no cold water coming out of the faucet. It is very unpleasant to brush your teeth with warm water. It was not our first stay in Aruba, but the first one without cold water. Desirée, the lady who came over to clean was extremely nice and friendly. It would be recommendable that the person who comes to clean, comes in the morning, when usually people are on the beach. She came at noon or at "siesta time" when our baby was sleeping and we stayed outside in the heat and could actually not enjoy really the house and relax in privacy. We met Marcel (the manager of the villa) on our check out date and he made a good impression but there is nothing more we can say about. All over it was a very good service, and as I said, some investment in maintenance and replacing some things would be great and will really make an excellent place to stay in Aruba.

What a perfect house for our family holiday! It was a long journey from London but so worth it! The welcome pack of food was perfect after travelling. Although the house is very near the beach via footpath, it is harder to find from the roads from the airport. Our taxi drivers were not being able to find the property (Frank sent thorough directions but the driver wouldn't take them) but our contact Marcel was very helpful and provided them directions over the telephone. The house is in walking distance to all amenities. All the rental procedures were very thorough and informative Marcel was very helpful and even called to inform us of the shop closures due to the public holiday. The cleaner Desiree was friendly, unobtrusive and gave us good advice regarding car rental. When we had issues with the washing machine a handyman was quick to deal with the problem. The fridge was of a good size and well stocked when we arrived. The information folder provided was full of good information. The house is very spacious. All rooms were clean and furnished to a high standard. The floor was very hot in the room where the washing machine is, couldn't figure out why. We had a baby and a toddler in our group and there was a highchair (ikea one), travel cot that we used as a playpen (also known as a pack & play, I learnt something new) We told Marcel that the hammock was torn and it was replaced that day. We then made full use of the hammock! Pool was very clean but we couldn't find a net so we used our hands to clear out the leaves. Pool and palapa area well designed. Lovely space to hang out. Two supermarkets within walking distance. One of the reasons we chose this house over another house that was also very nice, was Frank. He replies to emails promptly, always helpful. He really seems to care about his house and his guests. We definitely want to stay at this house again, we had a wonderful stay.
