If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

  • Best grocery store: We suggest Proctors and Best Buy
  • Best free activities: Anguilla's 33 white sand beaches
  • Best paid activities: Superb golf course and boat trips available
  • Best night restaurants: Too many restaurants to choose from, please ask out staff for suggestions
  • Best lunch eateries: So many lunch spots in Anguilla, we recommend the Beach Shack and The Place
  • Best breakfast eateries: Breakfast is perfect at the Villa
  • Best local café/coffee: Try Le Bon Pain or Gerrards for a great morning pastry
