A sense of isolation and privacy is presented on arrival to this villa. The complex is within the shape of a bottleneck by which the sheer spaciousness is revealed after entering through the security protected arrival driveway. Within minutes of the renowned Tegenungan waterfall and Kemenuh Butterfly Park, you will have plenty to explore nearby which could be done with the free bicycles onsite. Relax by the pool or admire the views from the living/dining area on the second level. Traditional handmade ceilings make you feel situated within a cultural oasis equipped with modern facilities.

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
