Special Notes / Conditions

RENTAL RULES

1) Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the villa
2) Due to the risk of fire the lighting of candles or incense inside the villa is prohibited.
3) The maximum number of guests staying at the villa is limited to 6 persons.
4) Only guests who are booked and registered may stay overnight in the property. 
5) The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness should they occur while on the premises. 
6) The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests.  
7) Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
8) Please refrain from dragging furniture on the upper floor so as not too damage the wood.
9) Only use appliances for their intended uses.
10) No security deposit is required but guests are kindly asked not to take away any of the books which are there for guests use only while at the villa and to also report any breakages should they occur directly to the Villa Manager.
11) Use of the villa for commercial purposes or for holding events is not permitted without the prior permission from the owner.
12) Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience any neighbours, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinance
