This villa is located in the heart of Seminyak's shopping and restaurant district on a quiet road - you can walk everywhere! The living/dining/kitchen area is located in the middle of the property which is all open. The bedrooms are located on either side with large open-air bathrooms. Great pool with loungers and plenty of outdoor seating! Very professionally managed and great place to stay if you want to me be able to walk everywhere.

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
