Ava Villa consists of 7 two bedroom luxury villas. Situated in the heart of upscale Oberoi. The villas are a 10 minute walk to the beach and only 200 metres from some of the best restaurants and bars. Each villa has been designed with luxury in mind and finished with the highest quality materials and design. The use of natural stone and local artwork give the villas a truly stylish feel. A very professional team with very friendly staff to look after you.

FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
