Amazingly central spacious location in Seminyak, tucked away in a luxurious complex less than 300m from the beach. Staying here means you never have to get into a car if you don't want to as the beach, restaurants, market and shops are at your doorstep. Perfect for families and friends, this villa has generous living spaces, large pool area and an upstairs bar area with great views. I would personally stay here. It is extremely well managed with friendly staff who are available 24 hours a day to cater for your needs.

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
