My family had a great stay at Premium Grand Bali Villa. The staff was very helpful, the food was good, and the villa is very very comfortable. The open air swimming pool is super awesome, the kids were really having so much fun. Thanks Premium Grand Bali Villa! We'll see you again next year.

I searched the internet for a day and a half before deciding on this villa. The reason? We were to be travelling with our elderly mother (81) and a daughter with a disability (15) my husband and I. We wanted privacy, the ability to order in food, a fridge, a swimming pool and helpful service. Fortunately we were not disappointed with our choice. The staff were very helpful even giving us a loan of a fan to put in the open area, checking on mosquito control and making sure ants were not a problem for us. Sometimes the lack of english proved a little difficult but was never a problem. We didn't know we could have different breakfasts eg American, Indo, Pancakes until after a few days and we enjoyed the change. Ordering in food was easy as we were given a booklet full of restaurants that would deliver including their menus - very helpful. Its a little out of the way and the road to the villas beside the river is a bit bumpy, but hey, who cares? BTW - the rooms are large and we felt like we had plenty of space, the beds comfortable and the villa was clean.
