To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time - 24-hour airport shuttle service is available (extra Charge) Contact the property in advance to get details. - In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Bali Nyepi Day on March 24, 2020 (from midnight March 23, 2020 to early morning March 25, 2020). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on March 24, 2020. Airport also closed on that day!

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
