Leana has a removable pool fence, stair gates and a dedicated childrens playroom [as well as rabbits in the garden!] Leana has 4 dedicated bedrooms and for a 5th bedroom we can convert the playroom which makes an equally comfortable bedroom for 1 or 2 adults, or 2 to 3 children. All the bedrooms are large and en-suite - the playroom has an adjacent bathroom.

Situated on top of a hill with stunning views of the cliffs and ocean. You are 10 minutes drive to Jimbaran's restaurants and shops with the white sandy beaches close be also. Perfect villa for a family holiday with a dedicated games room for the kids. Dips in the pool, lazing on the sunbed and the sunsets make you want to never leave. The master bedroom has uninterrupted views in all directions and an evaluated jacuzzi. Professionally managed by the living onsite manager.

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
