FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

Venue Information

Notes: If your client is planning to hold an event such as a wedding or any large congregation of people at a villa, please inform NAGISA BALI as soon as possible. Below are the conditions of holding a function: 1. A Security deposit of USD 500 will be payable at time of check in and refundable If no damage is caused in villa. If any damages are caused, the repair or replacement cost will be the responsibility of the client. 2. An additional Banjar Fee will apply. This will be quoted at time of booking and should be paid with the balance payment. Banjar Fee Rp. 3.000.000(subject to changes). 3. The Function Fee charge 1 (one) nights seasonal contracted rate plus 10 % of Service Charge.
