This Villa is pure luxury! It is set over 600sqm of lush tropical gardens with feature landscaping and manicured large lawns. The owner is Italian and has personally designed this villa, with great attention to every detail, the villa is finished to superior standards throughout, and the 7 full time villa staff ensure that the villa is maintained and operated to the highest levels of service and comfort. Only 10 minutes away from the famous Echo Beach. Extremely well managed with very professional staff. I would personally recommend this villa - it is amazing!

FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
