This property is only suitable for a maximum of 2 guests and does not cater for children (there is only enough bedding for 2 people. Children 12 months and under welcome, however you will need to bring your own porta-cot as we unfortunately cannot provide this).

Please note that this apartment does not have on-site reception and access to the building and apartment is via access codes (keyless). On the morning of your arrival you will be sent check in and access code details via SMS (please ensure you provide your mobile contact for whilst you are travelling). If you will not have a mobile contact please notify us prior to your stay so that we can provide these via email before you arrive.

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
