FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

  • Closest liquor store: McGuires cellars in Musgrave Street or the Kirra Beach Hotel. Otherwise 1st Choice and Dan Murphys and BWS across the border in Tweed Heads.
  • Closest grocery store: As above
  • Best grocery store: 7-11 nearby. Woolworths in the Strand, Coolangatta.
  • Best free activities: The beach or just enjoying the idyllic holiday lifestyle at the apartment - inside or outside with all amenities included (including pool, gym, sauna).
  • Best paid activities: Surfboard hire. Balloon tours. Theme parks.
  • Best night restaurants: Above, plus the new Mexican on Musgrave St, Kirra.
  • Best lunch eateries: As above, plus Raw energy in Coolangatta. Or the surf clubs.
  • Best breakfast eateries: Scooters, Outcider, Kiramisu, Green House, GGs in Kirra. or Kazbah in the Strand, Coolangatta for something different.
  • Best local café/coffee: Coffee machine in the apartment. Beaches on Kirra in the building, out the front. Scooters on Musgrave Street, or 7-11 for cheap and cheerful!
