If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

The Owner Recommendations

My recommendations are based on my experience and local knowledge.

  • Best taxi company: Next door at the Novotel
  • Closest money machine: Cape Panwa, 10 minutes.
  • Closest liquor store: Best to bring your own liquor as it is expensive in Thailand. Beer is good and cheap though.
  • Closest grocery store: Tesco Lotus is 15 minutes by car, Tesco Express just 5 mnutes
  • Best grocery store: Tesco Lotus offers everything you will need, western and Thai.
  • Best free activities: Swimming and sun bathing
  • Best paid activities: A visit to the islands and snorkeling is a must during your stay and the best people to go with are based just 500m away on Ao Yon beach. Big game fishing can be found at Cahlong Pier, which you can see from the property (but will take about 20 m inutes to reach by car)
  • Best night restaurants: If you tire of the beach front restaurants and their stunning views you can head to Phuket Town which is 10 minutes by car where you will find an amazing aray of great restaurants and bars, some of our favourites anywhere in the world. We will be happy to let you have a list of some of the best kept secrets in Phuket!
  • Best local café/coffee: There are six restaurants within 200 metres along the beach to choose from.
