Going for a family vacation together has always been such a joy and brings fond memories! We, a family of seven adults and two kids had a whale of a time and the most memorable stay here , as it was a family vacation, I sought for the most exotic, private and luxurious villa to go to in Chiang Mai. While some of the other villas may look very good, I was glad I chose this one. It was truly 'home away from home'! This villa had everything that we needed...from transfers to very clean and comfortable beds and pretty rooms to provision of fine dining at home and simply enjoying God's magnificent creation even in this villa! The kids and the adults had such fun and a great time searching for light ....from the fireflies every night! Every day was a day to remember too. Who would ever think there will be so many things to do in the villa itself but we did! In the day, exercising and swimming and then playing volleyball and 'pushball' in Howie's big, clean pool was a hit with the kids. It was a wonderful family bonding time with so much joy and laughter from all, young and old in the family ! Thanks to Howie's excellent staff too, Mr. Dee who was most attentive in looking after us during breakfast and the times we were in the pool with coffee, tea and hot chocolate served each time we wanted a drink. It was so good to have the big pool all to ourselves. Meal times especially dinnertime was something to look forward to as we not only enjoyed the yummy feast cooked by his very pretty, charming 'sunshine', his beloved wife, Jerrie but also had a great time listening to Howie with all his many interesting and entertaining stories. He is always someone who could advise us where we could go in Chiang Mai with his staff, Mr. Addy ( an excellent guide ) and Mr. Chart ( a very careful and patient driver ). I did do my research on nice places for the family especially the kids to go to but decided to play by ear day by day and follow their advice . We could even have massage,manicure and pedicure in the comfort of his villa! Wow...what a good suggestion from him! As for the price, there's really no hidden costs...what is stated is what you will pay. Drinks and snacks( which the kids enjoyed ) are a plenty too and provided free of charge! I write this review to confirm this villa offers not only a fantastic stay in Chiang Mai but truly an exceptional stay that must be experienced! The last night was spectacular and a night to remember with the couple and all their staff lighting the lanterns for us to have them flown up into the sky to bid farewell and to say...'Till we meet again someday'.....in Singapore!

This villa has been an experience of a life time. We were surprised, overwhelmed and filled with joy at every corner. On our morning we awoke to a beautiful breakfast by the pool - which was just huge. Howie was there to greet us. After filling up on fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, lovely coffee and warm bread, we headed to the pool and moved from the assortment of lounge areas to the pool and back. Difficult to take. Lunch was then served by Jerry which was light and lovely and we were then taken by Howie's driver for an amazing massage. We came home to another wonderful Thai meal and engaging stories from Howie - the font of all local knowledge. Our days went by like this - with some local shopping, escorted by Howie's staff, food, food and more food. The accommodation is breathtaking and nothing has been overlooked. Nothing is too much trouble, nothing is overlooked - just incredible.
