The villa is destined to educated people, of a social and cultural high-level, that appreciate the art, style, sophistication and elegance. True "conoisseurs" who are accustomed to live in luxury and want to spend a relaxing holiday in the peace and privacy of an absolutely unique villa. For this reason, the mansion will not be rented to families with children or young people who want to have fun and party: it is not the right place. Given the value of the furniture, paintings, carpets and generally of all the furniture, pets are not allowed. In the basement of the villa lives a Greek family, very quiet and respectful: the property is obviously separate, but it is still required to comply with the hours of rest and silence during the day and the night. On request it is possible to have a daily or weekly cleaning service, as well as a chef to prepare meals. The equipment of the kitchen is designed to prepare sophisticated meals. The tablecloths, glasses, cutlery and tableware are all brand new and elegant. The villa has a satellite internet connection (20 Mbps) on request. Transfer from and to the airport, as well as car rental, can be provided on request.
